How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Heropowerful Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Heropowerful Septic
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say a job on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went badly. Your first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Heropowerful Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@heropowerful.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
